Magpul FMG-9 Box Gun Prototype

If you put a padlock on it, would that satisfy the law for transporting in a locked container?

So unbelievably cool but will never be legal in the commiewealth or commenecticut, It allready has 3 evil features [frown]

I only see one... the folding stock.

Evil features or not... it's an NFA firearm anyways.

Question is... is it an SBR or an AOW?

(if I had to guess, I'd go with it being an SBR).

folding stock, pistol grip protruding below the action, and the ability to accept high capacity mags

I would say if it is built as a rifle, its a SBR.

I don't think it would count as a folding stock as it doesn't function with the stock folded.

Talk about the ultimate "Man Bag". (^_^)

Seriously I could see a product like that for guards that do 'rounds'.

Have an electronic key inside so as you pass various stations, it logs the passage. Give the light a rechargable battery and allow the device to sit in a "drop-in" charger for easy access.

As for the gun, either have it "Flag" it was opened somehow, or require a "supervisor" key to refold so you don't have the guards playing with it all the time.

Of course, the first week we'd hear of how it was left in the toilet, coffee counter, etc. (^_^)

Make that two evil features... ability to accept high capacity mags isn't one of the 5 countable features.

Now that's neat.
When I was a kid, I had a Mattel Agent Zero M radio that turned into a carbine.

I vaguely remember that, or at least another toy that looked like that.

My politically incorrect (by todays standards), pride and joy when I was a kid was this...

Our cat was not at all amused or happy about that particular gift from Santa. [wink]

Yeah, I'm all set with it. Call me old fashioned but, I'll continue to wear mine on my hip. Plus I don't have to pay for the SBR stamp.

For those of you olde enough to remember......this reminded me of the toys that were marketed in the 60s......themed on the "Man from UNCLE" series. Toy rifles that were transformed from attache cases, pistols that were folded and concealed in the heels of boots, etc.

I had a "transistor radio" that transformed into a cap gun carbine.
