Wouldn't that fall under innoccent until proven guilty? I thought you had to be convicted for them to take action because otherwise it is all just speculation.

This is the cop (Chief) that takes DUI's in which you PASS the Breathalyzer, and uses that against you when renewing your license.
THAT is how out of control some of these 'appointed' America hating bureaucrats have become!
