I know this is an odd question. But, is a mass ok saiga 12 worth it? Assuming no pistol grip and limited to 5 rounders. Does it have enough of the fun factor to make it worthwhile?
excuse the newbie, but whats wrong with a T-6 adjustable stock with saw pistol grip, a 20 round drum, a quad rail, and a fore grip? {u.s.a. made parts}
cant wait to get mine!!!
Assuming you have LTC-B or more, the issue becomes AWB features (pistol grip, adjustable stock, etc) and 10 round mag limit. Unless there's a preban 12g mag out there?Once its made 922r compliant you can use the 10 rounds mag, or are we still limited to 5 because we live in MA?
A “large capacity feeding device” is defined the same as in federal law, or:
“a fixed or detachable magazine, box, drum, feed strip or similar device capable of accepting, or that can be readily converted to accept, more than ten rounds of ammunition or more than five shotgun shells; ... The term “large capacity feeding device” shall not include an attached tubular device designed to accept, and capable of operating only with,.22 caliber ammunition.”

...I really want to try out the MKA-1919 but doubt I'll get the chance.
Anyone know if they are considered MA "Assault Weapons"; I should think so, with the pistol grip and detachable box magazines.
MGL 140-121 said:"Assault weapon" shall have the same meaning as a semiautomatic assault weapon as defined in the federal Public Safety and recreational Firearms Use Protection Act, 18 U.S.C. section 921(a)(30) as appearing in such section on September 13, 1994 ... Provided, however, that the term assault weapon shall not include:
