The bolt seems fine when there are no rounds involved it opens and closes nicely. When clambering rounds however it is sooo hard to close and open to extract. It has been meticulously cleaned nothing on there that I can see. I have had about 200 or so surplus rounds through it with no issues other than the bolt being hard to operate. I do notice that there are many small slivers like very thin finger nail clippings of what I think is the rim of the cases after firing a hand full of rounds.

Any thoughts?

Mark up the bolt face and extractor with dykem or sharpie to see where the interference is occurring.
Check to see if a cartridge can be inserted fully into the chamber without the force of the bolt.
