Moutain House Packs @ Costco

Stopped by the Everett location and they had tons in stock but at full price ($39.99). Anyone know if Dedham or Danvers still have any left?

Maybe everyone can purchase @ any Costco location and price match the warehouse price of Dedham or Danver? I can provide evidence receipt.

I just called Everett. They said the don't price match other Costco stores on close-out items. Thanks anyway! Might try Danvers later just in case.

Opps, I need to beat you before you clean out Danver. [wink]
Not even sure if Danvers has the sale price....seems like Dedham was the only one.

Why are these so popular? Does BJs sell them?
They are popular because they are good quality as far as this type of food goes and more importantly because of the ridiculous price.

So I called Danvers...they are sold out. The guy I spoke with told me that all the stores will be closing out this product. All of the stores that are still charging full price are likely going to wait until their last pallet to mark it down. The guy guessed they would do the same thing that Dedham did...29.97 then 19.97. He recommended to check back after the weekend. Let the waiting game begin I guess.

Crazy! The way they were inter stacked on the pallet, I would have to say that there was more than 60 of them.

Can anyone confirm the 5% surcharge for non-members. The Waltham store said there was no such policy and did not issue day passes

Yeah they don't issue day passes anymore. I tried when I scoped them out for everyone at the Danvers store. I wish I could have bought some then, damn they had a lot of them still there.

Okay just wanted to give an update on the mountain house product. Myself, my 2 year old son, and 4 year old daughter just got done having the Beef Stroganoff package from this box of goodies. This is the first time I have ever had MH product that was in the bag, and was a little worried while making it so I put it in a big pot while waiting for it. The product in the package looked and smelled appetizing before even adding any water, no I didn't try any dry, after adding the 2 cups of boiling water I sealed it up and let it sit for like 10 min. When I opened it it was very hot and smelled wonderful and looked very creamy, just wished I added just a little less water, I started to dish it out between the 3 of us and explained to my 4 year old what we where actually eating. Kids are so funny, she thought there was an actual emergency and mommy was out by herself and that I needed to go and find her, after explaining that this was just a test to see if she would like it she kept eating, while my 2 year old wanted more from my bowl at this point. This is a good tasting product and I might just have to buy a case of the #10 cans of this stuff to store away.

Stopped at Dedham and the clerk informed me they were sold out.....however they found a half a pallet when moving stock around. $19.99!!!!! Picked up 10 boxes.

If the other stores drop their price could folks post the locations please. I want to pick up more.

Yeah, next time if I find a deal like this, I will make sure I get what I want first before I post the location of the goods.
