As of right now, probably not separate sear from sbr... But with the right offer, anything is possible.
So you have to get a license to have a stamp? What do you have to get first? What is required to get one??
License first and you have to have proof that you're a bonafide collector to get one.

Like everything else it varies from town to town. I've had the green card and the 03 forever. Never have used the 03, just got it case it would be needed for the green card. Never was. Have been renewing in my ultra-green town for 45 years. Jack.
Well if you do not own any yet how can you prove you are a "collector". Anybody got copy of one they can post secret information blocked out of course.

It just says "Restrictions Collector". The 03 has nothing to do with NFA items. Just because it has the word "collector" on it, some dimwit decided that you were a collector if you had the 03. Not all PDs require it for the green card. If you ask them when you apply they will probably say yes even if they never heard of it before. your tax dollars at work. Jack.

Seriously, though, the fight for rights is very much at the National level right now. Running for the border won't help if additional fed restrictions hit.
I-I-I d-d-didn't want an MP5 anyway.
