My new concealed carry pencil

It is a .32/.38cal 'gas gun.' I have no idea who makes it, how old it is, or where to get more blanks for it . I think I'm going to need to learn how to make .38 blanks.

Anyone know if my pencil is legal in MA?

Nice looking, but mostly useless. It'll (in theory) send out a fireball 4-18 ft, but probably isn't very lethal. For being oddity, I think I paid a reasonable price, otherwise an expensive pencil Once I learn how to make .38 blanks for it I may bring it to a shoot....

I think he's right (but not 100% sure) . . . IIRC, anything that doesn't "look like a gun" but is a gun isn't legal to possess in MA.

Better check it out first in MGLs.

I'll have to check the MGLs, I guess it depends on what is defined as a gun. It is not capable of shooting anything other than blanks. Mr BATFE does not consider it a firearm.

That is not the first time I have seen one of those... although I don't have any other information on it. The other one I saw online was in alot worse condition so nobody ever dared firing it from the review.
