New M1A competition queston.

New question, new thread (want to keep things nice and orderly!)

This may seem like a stupid question, but where does the Springfield M1A Super Match with the Hart barrel shoot: Service Rifle or Match?

I ask because in my limited undertanding of the rules, the biggest difference is outward appearance, and as far as I can tell, the Super Match looks stock to me, except for the hooded rear sight, which is Service legal anyway.

Does it look like this?

That rifle shoots in the Service Rifle class. I think any modifications beyond that point will put you "over the top" into Match Rifle class.

Nice gun. Thanks for the pic.

My gun looks stock on the outside, I just wasn't sure if there was something about this particular accurized model that may change the class. The name alone made me curious.

I'm pretty sure you can shoot it in the Service class.
