I walk my dog between 0200/0230 before work M-F. I live in an area with LOTS OF WOODS. In the past I've had some coyote issues and once this year already.
This light I had on a pistol of mine has been replaced with a newer TLR 7-A. So i put it on the pistol you see in the pic. Although not going to kill its one hell of a deterrent
to them rushing in to close. They do not like a quick 8 or 10 pellets. So i holster it when i walk the dog in the AM.

A pellet gun in case coyotes attack?
Please read again what I wrote. Its just to keep them from getting to close. Like any wild animal in my area. Curiosity can get the better of them.
Never said they were attacking myself or the dog. My 72Lb. GSD is more than capable of taking care of herself. I just dont want that to happen.
And yes the pellet pistol works pretty good for its intentions !!!!

I’m confused. This thread is about using a WML on a BB gun for coyotes?? Are you day drinking?

Are you also carrying a real gun?

Your escalation of force seems reasonable.

You can’t just carry a real gun and fire off rounds at animals.

Pretty soon those animals will learn to avoid you and your dog.
