Well the wait is a little longer these days. Mine took 6 or 8 weeks. People are reporting an 8-9 week wait. Read this thread.

Florida does NOT consider a NH NON RESIDENT CCW held by a MA resident valid in Florida.

Florida does not recognize your MA CCW as valid there.

There are states that accept a NH non resident as valid where they don't accept your MA CCW, but since IANAL I will let you do your own due diligence.

A Florida non resident permit is worth it's weight in gold

As did the prior renewal some years earlier . . .

NH is severely understaffed and folks have caught on that it is cheap and easy, so they are swamped with OOS applications. Obamination has just made a bad situation a lot worse.

Im assuming demand is a little higher than normal or else they've cut back on some staffing as it seems to be a little more than 2 weeks these days....

YMMV, but I mailed my application first week of January and the check has NOT been cashed yet...

Try two months. They are extremly backed up because of the election.
