Does anyone have insight into areas to shoot in the seacoast area of NH. I know about the local clubs, like Exeter and Hampton, but I enjoy less structure when I am shooting. I used to live in VT, and I had a friendly farm I could go to at any time, all I had to do was say hi to the Farmer, ask permission (every time you go) and clean up after yourself. Anyone know of something similiar that is friendly? I am new to NH and am looking for good place to shoot. If there is nothing similar I will look to join Exeter.

Country Pond in Newton NH is prety easy going. Once you're a member, you can use the indoor 50 ft pistol range 24/7, as long as there isn't a scheduled event going on. The outdoor 50-100 yd range is open from 0900 to 1/2 hr after sunset, except on Sundays from 1000 to noon and whenever there's a scheduled event there. There's also a trap range and both indoor and outdoor archery ranges.

Everything you'd want to know is on their website at http://www.countrypondfishandgameclub.com/

Thanks, are you a member there? I have heard good things about the club in Exeter, but I have never been past the gate. I am interested in pistol, rifle and perhaps trap. I have never done trap, but I think it is my next venture for sure.
