You probably don't have your settings set
correctly, otherwise the board SW will only
show posts that meet the defined level of "newness" you have
selected. EG, when looking at the forum view change the "display options" to
something other than "last day".
Edit: You can go into "User CP" and set the default for this to something of a longer
value.
