opinions Browning Hi-power .40 cal ?

Looking at a Browning Hi-power, made in belgium and assembled in Portugal.
the caliber is .40

I've got several Hi-powers in 9mm ( C&R vintage), but don't know much about this version.

Opinions, thoughts ?
