ETA:: Now that I'm almost through listening to the arguments, I've got to give this 5 starts. The plaintiffs attorney is along for the ride - the judge does his job for him. The poor defense attorney is really taken to task. It gets good at about the 55 minute mark where the judge really lectures the defense attorney.
