I, for one, would love to see Fred Thompson run. I hope he decides to after he determines that the current crop of "Republican" canididates are all running toward the center as quickly as they can. None are "pro gun" either. Even Michael Bloomberg (NY Rhino) is thinking about it.

The Only Thing Good to Come Out of Law and Order


As a Tennessean and a gunner as well as a fairly conservative individual I would certainly do all that I could do in my power to get this man elected.

I am not a single issue voter but there are just some issues that I will not bend on and the proper application and understanding of the Second Amendment to the Constitution (or any part of the Constitution for that matter) is one of them. If Senator Thompson does run I will not have to make a choice between the lesser of two evils to stand and defeat Hillary or Obama on the Left. In other words, I can vote for someone rather than against someone. That is damn comforting.
