Preban ar-15 private sale

Hey all, hope everyone is having a safe and happy holiday season. So I will ask something that's been asked many times before but I see contradictory comments so asking the simple question myself. I have a Smith & Wesson M&P-15T I bought new in 2014/2015. Can I sell this thing private sale since I purchase and have owned it prior to the last 2 bans that went into place? I asked my LGS and they told me to check here as they aren't 100%sure. I don't want to sell but unfortunately one of my pups is sick and the vet bills are piling up. Additionally I have Tavor x95 which is now preban purchased and owned....same question on that. Thanks and sorry if this has been asked 100 times Drew

Sell through a FFL?

That is just like a FFL selling to a person.

How can a FFL sell an AR to a person if on 8/1, The Mill was charging $300 for an Anderson stripped lower?

I believe they were doing so because AR sales by FFL's were soon to be banned, right.

Daughter brought her dog to the emergency vet on Friday - Wife and I are covering it since that bill was over 8k and we already had almost 2k at the local vet.
Luanne AKA MamaDog is sitting beside me after I just spoon fed her baby food trying to nurse her back to some semblance of health (she has stage 4 kidney disease so what that means just sucks)

You should mention which state you are referring to selling it in and/or post in that state’s laws section

Thank you and sending positive thoughts. Our boy Gus is haveing Ultrasound and xrays for cancer. Down 15 pounds the last month, bloodwork looks fine. hopefully we get answers today or tomorrow.

Get a kidney function panel now - that is how Luanne started.
Xray, ultrasound all of that left us waiting - VCA Weymouth took her in and got her stable.
They aren't cheap but they are worth it.
