Reloading 9mm Makarov & 380 - Question

I have a 9mm Luger setup on my Dillon 550. I'm looking at loading some 9mm Mak and 380.
Can I get away with buying just the new resizing dies and use the powder, bullet and crimp dies from the 9x19?

9mm mak is a larger diameter than 9x19 so I doubt you can use seat/crimp dies. Ditto with projos.

Google search for the Dillon conversion charts.
There in an excel file showing all of the conversions and what number plate/locator button/funnel it uses. So you can see if you can get away with maybe just another funnel and a plate or maybe just a funnel.
You need different sizing, seat and crimp dies.

The seating might “work” from one to another but not really the right way to do it.
