I've been reloading for almost a year now and I just reloaded a bunch of .45 ACP with new Starline brass- I feel completely spoiled. Reloading with the new brass seemed to go much smoother and the rounds came out very nice (I guess they should as everything is new!).

So I'm thinking of picking up some more. Question is should a pay a few bucks more per thousand to get +P brass? I use moderate loads so I'm not sure the +P will last longer than the regular brass. Thoughts?

I wouldn't pay extra for the headstamp.
I really don't believe that there is any other difference between brass marked "+P" and any other brass.
Since the only way to make the brass stronger would be to make it thicker, we would see warnings to reduce the powder charges. I don't recall ever seeing such warnings for .45 ACP.

I have a pile of old .45ACP brass that has been loaded with full loads many times over the years. It just seems to last practically forever.
