I was wondering if anybody knew what kind of sights would fit my stock sight cut slide for my 1911 PD? I assumed it was a Kimber style cut. I have had a hell of a time trying to find out, so I figured I would just ask. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Only if they have Novak sights. I should have been more clear. The Novak sight cut is a special cut.
If you are looking for replacement sights, Dawson makes them to replace production S&W sights. I like the sights a lot.

Thanks Steve, I grabbed it out of my favorites from when I had that plastic gun. Time to purge some of that stuff I guess.

I had those with a Dawson front Fiber Optic but with the CGR Race cut. I really like the wider rear sight. It helps my failing eye sight pick up the front.
These are tritium but you get the idea
+1 on the Dawson sights. I like the fiber optic fronts, I get them on all my guns. There is enough black left for you to use them like traditional sights for distance shots, for everything else I just put the big bright dot in between the two white dots.
