Can a saiga 12 have a tapco pistol grip set up in mass? NO correct? I was told by many dealers yes on a shotgun? Are they wrong?

(iv) an ability to accept a detachable magazine.'“

saiga shotguns have detachable mag, so NO for pistol grip judging from the way law is worded.
someone from 'shotgun world' will pitch in soon and tell you for sure.

No, it cannot.

The detachable magazine in conjunction with a pistol grip renders it an "assault weapon".

I did a conversion my saiga 12 last xmas and put this stock on it:

keeps it mass legal, looks pretty b.a. too. Legally, its a thumb hole stock.

I thought the thumb hole stocks don't really count ? My dad just bought one today lucky bastard I was looking at them for a while and I told him about it. Next thing I know he calls me asking if I wanna go for a ride.
