First, the guy is a f'ing wimp, he should have vetoed this BS.

Now the questions.
What about guns that never had a serial number.
If a dealer has to serialize it, it'll have to be a manufacturer, not your average shop, and can they even do that, put a serial on a gun they didn't build.

I wish I could say the courts will toss this, I have a feeling it'll stick.

I looked at the bill text. There is an exemption for pre-1968 guns that were never serialized.
