Selling a frame and Efa10

bought a frame awhile back that I didn't end up using and am not deciding to get rid of. I never efa10 the frame because it was never assembled. Do I need to efa10 it to the buyer or do they have to when it's assembled.

You left something out. No eFA-10 if it will be a rifle either! No eFA-10 until a gun is assembled for the first time. That's the law and has nothing to do with the AG's edict.

Not that it has any significance to the OP, but what type of frame, and what would you be asking for it?
