"Shoots, Kills, Seasons. The product's tagline says it all.

Season Shot is a new brand of pellets made of tightly packed seasoning bound by a fully iodegradable food product. The pellets have a range of up to 45 yards and can be used for hunting most bird game, including pheasant, quail, duck and turkey—but the hunter doesn't need to remove these pellets before the food is safe to eat (or need a steel-shot spittoon on the table...). The seasoning is injected into the bird on impact, and the pellets disintegrate when cooked, seasoning the meat from the inside out."

Also: Look for the Salt & Pepper Granade launcher in your local sporting goods store.
