I'm sure Sean Taylor lived in a "bad" neighborhood.........NOT.

I live in a sleepy metro-west bedroom community yet there was a woman stabbed to death in broad daylight in the middle of a mall parking lot. They were looking for the suspect when I arrived home from work and helecopters [sic] were circling the area.

Ignorance is bliss. It can also be deadly.

I was making light of the fact that some folks prepare these arsenals: but don't have good locks, good lights, water, food, cash, heat source, shelter, friends, and the many other articles that you might need. Personally, I secure an adequate water supply first.

We're sailors and offshore boats always have a "ditch bag." So we made up a couple of bins with all the stuff we'd need if we had to leave. I'm more inclined to stay, as getting out of Boston might not be easy or advisable.
