now i've heard about impostors n what not on military.com once in a bit but i had NOOO IDEA that it was this bad!!! take the time read some of the stories. these people deserve IMO to be shot stabbed hung and beaten post mortem...... scan around that site it also lists alot of legitimate award winners with very heroic stories no less. http://www.pownetwork.org/phonies/list_of_names.htm

I have followed these types of stories for years. I even served with people who had the nerve to wear medals they were not authorized to wear. It makes me sick. My grandfather served in WWII getting 2 Purple Hearts. My father was a Marine in Vietnam and my uncles served in the Navy during Nam. I hate to see these people who fake it and try to take away from real heros.
