While installing an aftermarket stock on my Mossberg 500, I managed to bend the "connector". This is the post in the trigger group that contacts the safety block which prevents the trigger from fully engaging while safety is on. 100% my bad. They no longer sell individual trigger group parts so only two options were to attempt to bend it back into shape or contact Mossberg.

Contacted Mossberg, explained the issue and shipped them back my trigger group. They sent me a *new* (entire trigger group) in about a week.

Smooth and easy with super fast turnaround.

Nice job Mossberg.
