Most of you know I'm a milsurp photography bug.
I like this picture and thought I captured the moment well. You can clearly see 3 shells ejecting and falling in the picture.
I'll let Marc chime in on the model.

WW2 vintage, sort of the poor man's Thompson.

NICE! I remember years ago my uncle was Chief of Police in Everett and he gave me a tour of the station (that's how I got my LTC no restrictions at age 18) and he showed me the armory such as it was then and pointed out the Reising machine guns. I thought he said rising and figured the barrel kept going up if you kept the trigger pulled so they were rising machine guns!!! Idiot, but I want one!
