SKS buying for newbies

Alright so I have read pretty much any thread I can find on the sks.

I am hoping to find a Yugo M59/66. Know what I need to know is where to look for them. what is a good price and what to watch out for.

any help into this would be appreciated

Four Seasons and Collectors in Pelham NH both have had them frequently.

Watch out for the four pounds of "Free" cosmoline which come with most of them.

Where are you located? If you're near the Plymouth area M&M's Outfitters often has 59/66 rifles for a fair price.

The days of paying $149 for them are gone. Expect to pay about $250 for one thats cosmetically unissued.
You can still find a few here and there for about $180 - $200, but they will probably show wear.
