If you live in MA, don't forget that a new legislative session just started and with that comes new bills, committee assignments, and commissions.

One such commission is the new Special Legislative Commission on Emerging Firearms Technology.

They'll likely meet a few times over the next few months and in the end publish a report based on their findings, at which point, someone may or may not file a bill that incorporates some of the report's recommendations.

If you look at the commission members we have an MIT professor, the CEO of a microstamping company, a DA, MSP Colonel, and surprisingly a government affairs rep from the NSSF.
