Springfield XD

Does anyone know what the deal is with Springfield XD pistols availability in Mass.? I haven't had much luck finding one anywhere. I don't know why they wouldn't be Mass. compliant. The model I'm specifically looking at is the XD9810HCSP06. If anyone knows where I can get one please let me know about it.

It's not on the approved roster, so your only hope is to find a used one. Note that the manufacturer has to pay for testing to get a handgun put on the roster. So perhap Springfield decided it isn't worth the money. Or perhaps they thought they couldn't get it past the AG, even if it passed the testing for the roster.

Maybe it's because the barrel is too short? Looks to me like the end of the bullet might actually hang out the front of the gun!

there was a two-tone 40s&w compact in the classifieds fourm.
i have a five in 40 s&w . with night sight i would trade for a 1911
or hk 9mm or 45
