So staccato factory mags are made by staccato and not sub’s out?

Check the classified section on Brian Enos. Folks list mags all the time. Yes, new are quite high but you might find some used (only dropped on carpet during dry fire 100'000 time!). https://forums.brianenos.com/forum/21-classifieds/
