I am half way into a 2500 gram can that I opened 2 months ago. I make a pint every other day or so. Zero waste. Zero degradation in flavor.
Don't refrigerate can after opening. It will clump the powder. Just seal can tightly with cover.

The can expires in 25 years. That said, I think once you open it you have to use the portions within a few months.

I just got a couple of cases delivered that I ordered Friday.
Was pretty happy with the turn around time.
Also bought a few boxes of Speer Gold Dot carry ammo, in a few different calibers.
