To new / not enough posts to post in the classified section?

Not a huge deal here but just curious. I signed up a few months ago & have gone 'green'. I am still un-able to post a reply in the classified section, gives me an error message. I can see that I am green & can see the group buy section. I only have 4 posts so don't know if that has to do with it. Just wanted to reply to a classified add to a handgun that was for sale.

Before I get flammed I did a quick search and did not find the answer for this, I swear!

Only the ad poster can reply, this keeps the ad from going back to top after every reply. Reply using pm.
