Turn around time in Westfield?

Just went to Westfield PD yesterday for my LTC and had a very easy experience. Everything they send to the state is on the computer. I don't know if anyone else has experience with this, but does a department using a computer vs. a paper application yield a faster turn around time. The lady did say it will be to me within the month but I was wondering if that is just something they say or will it really take up to four weeks. Also if anyone else from Westfield reads this did your permit come back ALP?

I can't speak from my own experience, but I know a few people who have ALP from Westfield. I'm pretty sure it's a bright green town.

My freind recently got his from Westfield. It was under a month wait but it took pretty much the 4 weeks to get it
