DYNAMIC INCIDENT RESPONSE is offering a Utah Non-Resident Concealed Firearms Permit Class in Scituate, MA Saturday, April 5, 2014 from 08:00 to 12:30. Registration being accepted now with a class limit of ten (10) students. Plenty of parking at the MBTA parking lot and easy access from Route 3A.
Class will cover Utah state laws pertaining to firearms i.e. statues and laws, Use of Force along with firearms safety, ammunition, concealed carry holsters options will be discussed.
If your a resident from Massachusetts with a Utah Non-Resident Concealed Carry Firearms Permit and want to carry concealed in NH and Florida you will need a non-resident concealed firearms permit issued from New Hampshire and Florida. This is a very simple process, just go to their website and follow their instruction. Florida will require a live fire course which we can provide.
Utah's Non-Resident Concealed Firearms Permit has a signed formal reciprocity at the present time with the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Texas, Virginia, Washington (state) and West Virginia.
The following states recognize the Utah Non-Resident Concealed Firearms Permit: Arizona, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Vermont, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
Cost is $100 which includes the following: Student packet with application, fingerprint cards/fingerprints will be collected, passport photos included along with class material.
