Uzi sbr in MA

Can I build an Uzi sbr on a new receiver in MA? I've gotten mixed information from people.

are you talking uzi pistol or a blank receiver?

You'll have a hard time getting uzi pistol in the state to convert to a sbr.

If you start from a parts kit no reason you couldn't .


And no reason you couldn't buy a uzi setup up as a rifle file for the tax stamp and swap the barrel out after .

Uzi kits aren't going for that much so I've been thinking about building one my self .

Uzi pistol is easy, have it sent to an SOT/FFL 7 an have them form 4 it to you, gather parts while you wait.

It may take awhile with the paper form but it'll work.
