Wal-Mart idiot

Yet another moronic ND. At least no one was hurt.

Whyd the heck he take it out of the holster? If no holster
existed, then this is even stupid. How much effort does
it really take to NOT touch a trigger of a loaded gun?

I think hitting the guy with an F-bomb charge though is a bit
overkill. Something makes me think that the police/prosecutor
have flagged this guy as an idiot, hence the severe charges?

Course the double standard is whenever a cop does something like
this in a bathroom, he rarely if ever loses his job, and never gets
criminally charged for it. (Every year theres a few LEO in bathroom
ND stories, and most of them dont result in any huge punishment.)

I'm not saying in either case it's acceptable to have an ND..... just that
the punishment levied is a lot different.

Nashmack said that no license is required, which prompted my comment. I know that open carry is unlicensed in NH, but this didn't sound like that was the case.

I saw some news coverage about this: the guy has a license, in court he told the judge he did not own any other firearms, they searched his apartment and came out with two gun cases.

What an idiot.

Were there any guns in the cases? If so, might there have been another family member who could have plausibly been the owner?
