Westfield eForm 1 CLEO

Hello, I am very new to NFA items, this is my first eForm 1 that I will be submitting and just wanted to get the opinion of those who live in Westfield MA, I have heard that some towns/cities are tough to work with when it comes to NFA items, and wanted to know the experience of those who live here, as I have lived here for close to a year and haven't had any sort of interactions with the city police.

The info I have for Westfields chief of police is

Lawrence Valliere
Chief of Police

Westfield Police Department
15 Washington Street
Westfield, MA 01085

However I have heard that sending the CLEO forms to the State police might be a better option, the info I have for State Police is

Lt. Col. John E Mawn Jr
470 Worcester Road
Framingham, MA 01702


What I'm hoping to achieve is

A. Is this the correct info to send the CLEO copies to

And

B. Opinions on which it would be better to send to

I want to prevent any possible hiccups, snags, or legal issues along the way.

but State police Lt. Col. is who I have used in the past with no issues in the past.

You don't have to deal with them or even interact. You are informing them, nothing more.
I put my forms in an envelope with the Chief's name on it and drop it with dispatch. Hand delivered after hours.
Never met the Chief, never spoke to anyone there.
