thanks for cfbackrow. i got to shoot the 43 against the 26. The 43 was not bad doing slow fire but the difference became apparent when i started doing fast drills and then tried Federal HST 124gr +p .. the 26 was still very easy to shoot quickly. the 43 on the other hand.. both cfbackrow and I said that the 43 with the HST has as much recoil as the 21sf we had been shooting with target loads.
I went while i was close to sportsman's den and the got to hold the 42, and it felt much more secure in my hands , i really like the size.. when feeling and holding them the 43 felt like a slimmed down 26, but the 42 feels like a whole different gun..
i will definitely get the 42 ..
as far as which to sell.. i cannot see myself getting rid of my second 21sf .. so if i trade anything i will be trading the 26..
if anyone is interested in trading let me know if you want a nice 26....
Just as an update... since i got the 42.. nothing else has left my safe since.. i had a moment of regret selling the 26, but i could get another and thought..why.. if i cant carry the 19 in fall, and winter.. why would i choose the 26 over the 42..
The 26 is only an inch shorter in the grip..
Just got to get the 42 hydro dipped in muddy girl pink now
