Does anyone know where to get replacement parts for these?

I have a Winchester Model 94 30-30 manufactured in 1953, that is pretty rough, and I would like to replace the parts that are worn the most, and re blue the gun as well, as most of the finish is worn off. I have searched a little bit, but can't seem to find anything. Any help would be appreciated.

I need a magazine tube, maybe a set of all the screws, and a few other parts. A factory stock set would be awesome too, but that probably wont happen.

They don't have much of anything, really. They only list 10 parts. Thanks anyway.

I shot it at the range right now just to see if she shoots. The damn thing shoots, I can't believe it. All I had was 5 rounds, so I set 2 bowling pins out at 50yards and knocked them both over with the 1st shots. Sweet.

Now I just need some new stocks, a couple other pieces, and re blue this thing. She will be sweet indeed. Then I will put her back in the safe. [laugh]

Maybe the finish wasn't bluing. Seems like the pre-64 94's weren't blued??? I don't know. I need some advice & help from someone who knows a lot about these old 94's. I would like to keep it as original as possible, but also make it look better. If that makes sense.

The link that says '94 Pre 64' takes me to a diagram and several pages of parts including a mag tube, spring, most of the screws, forend wood and a few options for a stock.

Is that the model you have?

They have a lot of parts. I looked at the wrong one before. The stocks are out of stock though, for the straight stock. Oh well. I will see what thy have and don't have and go from there.

No one knows where I can get a stock? Or the original finish that was on the gun? Come on. There must be a lever gun guy who knows this info. I have searched but have found nothing.

Ahhh, that's what I was looking for! Thank you. Now just gotta see which one I need.

I have a question. Should I replace the very old original stock with new, and re-blue the gun? Or leave it all original? I am almost not sure what to do. If I replaced the stock, I would keep the original just so I have it. As far as the finish goes, it's completely gone. Looks like someone cleaned it with a grinding wheel. I just don't want to hurt the value or the history of the gun.

So, I am open to peoples' opinions.

You said its "pretty rough" sounds like its probably not a collector grade piece! I wouldn't worry about hurting the value. If you replace the junk parts and have it refinished, I think you will appreciate it more.
