Top Break H&R or Iver Johnson Revolver models

I don’t think S&W made a 22 top break other than the single shots
Iver Johnson’s can be pieces of junk
H&R is probably your best bet for a 2 top break. They’re great guns for the money. Not as refined as a Smith but again you want top break.
Super heavy triggers. I do love the value that H&R offered in their product line over the years.

You're not gonna shoot it that much and the cost of a good .22 H&R top break is going to offset whatever the ammo is for a .32 model.

The 6 shot .32 Long top breaks that H&R made are IMO the best to buy because they were built on .38 frames, so the latch and lockup are going to hold up for a long time with occasional shooting.

.32 S&W Long wadcutter ammo during normal times costs a buck or two more than .38 Spl, not expensive if you're not shooting 200 rds a week.
