What was the harm to Nicholas Sandman? He was never even arrested or tried. He was just defamed with malice and he is now a very rich man.

I am sure Kyle wants this to be over as quick as possible but if I was him, I would accept no offer that did not include a press conference with an admission of guilt. Admitting they knew the truth and lied anyway!

The settlement amounts were never published, and you can't infer a large settlement from the amount they were suing for. From what I understand, defamation settlements are normally 5 or 6 figures, not 9.

Huh? I'm not claiming he's not rich. He might be. The settlements are confidential. Lin Wood decided to sue each of the media outlets for hundreds of millions of dollars. So we know what Lin Wood was asking for, but the consensus from all the lawyers I've seen weigh in was that, without actual damages to support those figures, he was asking for the sun, and it isn't likely that the defendants offered the moon instead.

I believe the case was an easy one to win. I doubt all the MSM wanted discovery if this went to trial. We are both entitled to our opinions!

All over the internet there's newspapers and other media outlets that have just shut off their comment sections because the responses to their stupid woke stories didn't fit the agenda.

My take on this is that right wingers - at least those who are "aware" - might be treading lightly - because they still have to support their own asses on a daily basis. They're not content to sleep in a flophouse waiting for their next George Soros check. I do think there's a lot of right wingers who cuck out and try to appease the lefties. But that seems to be lessening because internally amongst the right wing - they are being pretty brutal at washing out all the neocon and other cucked out types.

Look at how the neocons ran for the Democrat hills - when Trump came on the scene. There's been a lot of similar things happening over the last few years similar to that.

I see a lot of right wingers who are all like "how come we're not shooting them yet". To which I would argue that we're just not there yet. We haven't reached the inflection point where (for example) it's crystal clear that they want to genocide us. So people hold their fire.

I see a LOT of anger though. That's gonna go somewhere - and the left just keeps pushing.

We truly are between a rock and a hard place. All of the great names/brands/institutions of this country have been taken over by communists.
