Picked these up in the last three months…1943 DOU43 bolt MM K98k, a 1922 Ortgies 32, and basically a bolt MM 1891 Danzig Gew88/05 conversion sent to Turkey before WW1, and a WW1 German belt buckle.

Same with me. My first was an 1890 Loewe I got for $50 from KTP in 1996. Sold it 3years ago and wanted another one to play Volkssturm wit. Not bad for $460 in todays prices.

We have a good shooter. 4 strippers of new PPU at 100 yards. First three were actually low. Went through the Kassel Depot (11) some time in its German life.

Took the Danzig out a second time now that I know how it shoots; exceptionally well. New PPU ammo, 100 yards on my wife’s heat damaged sewing board.
