Castle Doctrine in your home only (hence the name)
There is no stand your ground in MA, you have a duty to retreat.

Can someone confirm or refute the bolded sentence?

doesn't castle doctrine (stand your ground) apply in MA?
Two manners in which state castle dictrines differ:

1) Where it applies. In MA it your domocile or place you are lodged at where you have a right to be - only. In some other states it applies anywhere you have the legal right to be. -1 for MA.

2) How it applies. In MA you still have to be in reasonable fear of death or great bodily harm. In some other states, the presence of an unauthorized person in your home creates an assumption they are about to kill to inflict great bodily harm, so the "I was just here to steel stuff, not hurt the homeowner" doesn't help the prosecution like it would in MA.

The MA Castle Doctrine might as well be called a "sandcastle doctrine"

Is there anything worse than tailgaters.......
I drove a Smart car for awhile because it was fun. Seems a lot of needledicks in pickups liked to tailgate me. I discovered that when I hit the windshield washer button, half the spray went over the top of the car. Hahahaha--loved seeing the needledicks back off and turn on their wipers.

add "People who swerve to the right (on a 1 lane road) to take a left, blocking anybody from going around them while they are waiting to turn left across oncoming traffic"
Sorry , but if someone is turning left you're supposed to stop behind them , not go around them on the right. I can't stand how people think this is alright to do , you're not following traffic laws by doing this.

When I got my unrestricted LTC it actually made me a saner driver. I have to commute from West Roxbury to Dorchester for my part-time job and I used to get severe cases of aggravatis almost every day. Once I started traveling with a gun on my hip I made a conscious decision to just let the shit wash over me. Having worked as hard as I did for that unrestricted license (pre-Bruen) there was no way I was going to let some stupid road rage incident jeopardize that.
