Aren’t 80s completely banned in NY though, separate from the federal ruling? So their actions aren’t in response to the ATF classification, but their own state law.
Some places wont sell to MA residents, but plenty will. Only a few states have outright come out against them like NY, RI, etc. MA isn't one of them. Yet.
