So, what are you saying?
Are pre 7/20/16 lowers legal or not?
The bigger question is: why do we have such shitty governors, "representatives", judges, DA's and AG's?
Have to have expectations to be disappointedI honestly don’t know who trust less GOAL or Maura
So much disappointment.
Most guns sold on 7/20 were lawfully possessed by FFLs in the state on 7/19, I don't think there has ever been clarification of "posessed by whom".BEFORE 7/20/2016 is interesting since the press conference was 7/20/2016 and shops worked to sell out their inventory on that day. There are a lot of ON 7/20/2016 guns out there.
I sure hope there is a lawsuit ready to go. This "interpretation" of the new law is completely inconsistent with what is written and goes to codify a press conference that when litigated previously was deemed "no harm, free speech".
Why do we all still live in MA?
Under the new law, receivers, including unfinished, are already firearms.meanwhile Healey told everyone who had a legally owned stripped receiver pre 7/20/16 they could build them out as long as they could prove they owned the receivers legally. Now the law that codifies what she said says NOPE those are legal as stripped receivers but illegal as completed rifles because you waited to long to complete them. Seems legit.....
So you needed to register it under the old law, where you couldn’t unless it was built out, to comply with a future law that is applied retroactively. Think I got it?Under the new law, receivers, including unfinished, are already firearms.
Sold, owned and registered before 7/20/2016 is what the law says. So no, in state on 7/19 with the ffl does not meet the language in the new ASF definition. Most guns sold on 7/20 were lawfully possessed by FFLs in the state on 7/19, I don't think there has ever been clarification of "posessed by whom".
but they do, as long as it was processed by in-state ffls. and it was, when you did a transfer.I don’t know
This.I don’t care anymore
But the overall worry of infection from Massachusetts is troubling for long term.NH is awesome guys. Come on up. I’ve got 30+ silencers now with tax stamps getting approved in hours, all the “evil” feature rifles, SBRs up the ass, it’s awesome. No state income tax. No sales tax, surrounded by horse farms. All my neighbors own chickens and livestock. I’m 50 min from Boston. Very little traffic. Very few hood rats. It’s great. Every day is Christmas. It’s like 80% MA 20% FL.
Not really. Most of NHs political problems are old trust fund moonbats that already live there and college students. Most of the influx is conservatives but the fed voting issues are all college kids. But the overall worry of infection from Massachusetts is troubling for long term.
I’m just waiting for someone to get charged with something like preban mags in their edc and not knowing about any of this because there’s really no way to know about the law and it’s details other than word of mouth.
Didn’t even get a letter like bump stocks.
Not what the enforcement notice said on 7/20, so that's an unenforceable ex-post facto destinction.Sold, owned and registered before 7/20/2016 is what the law says. So no, in state on 7/19 with the ffl does not meet the language in the new ASF definition.
It goes both ways. NH young liberals are sick of NH politics and Ayotte, fewer jobs, and are moving to MA.But the overall worry of infection from Massachusetts is troubling for long term.
That was my plan but my work place changed from Waltham to Plymouth.NH is awesome guys. Come on up. I was going to move up there until I read on NES that people from MA moving to NH are messing it up![]()
So true. They rather have 500,000 scared LTC holders then 1 prisoned white middle class father of 3 who lives in Shrewsbury. They're not going to, because they like people like Rapetile (and like 50 shitty gun shops that parrot the same kind of things) getting all faggoty over this kind of thing and scaring people. That's worth more equity to them than a single person in jail, is making thousands afraid of fake/imaginary bullshit. The AG's office has always been about the "fear machine" over everything else.
and 30% Alaska.
as a bonus.
