At this point, even if they did, I wouldn't put it past them pulling a Jackson: "John Marshall has made his decision, now let him enforce it."

Unfortunately the Supreme Court has no enforcement powers.

They can "rule" or come to a "decision" all they want; no one is mandated to carry them out.

The Supreme Court relies on the Executive and Legislative branches to carry out its rulings, but when the rule affects those branches - good luck getting anything to happen.

This one's easy. They aren't going to let Trump take a seat. Biden will be 2nd term and they'll skip 2028 entirely, so they'll pass the Australian Buy Back Bill. They'll outlaw private sales so when they show up to take stuff by force you can't use the "but I sold it to billy-bob" excuse. I'll be "produce the gun, or we shoot you dead in front of your wife and kids".

There's nowhere near enough people willing to die attempting to disarm their neighbors to confiscate any amount of guns in this country. The first few bodies that drop would put a fast end to this scheme.

The Obama Communists that pull Biden's strings are shatting themselves. Early on the plan was simple, Indite Trump, elect Biden, Biden steps aside and Harris takes over and rules for 2 terms plus.

The Trump indictments were akin to dousing a brush pile with gasoline before striking a match. Harris has revealed herself as likely having some sort of Kennedy lobotomy as a youth and Biden's Dementia is really exposed now, no denying it anymore.

The Leftists DAs using "law" to destroy Trump has not worked, at least to this point.

The Leftists paying Carroll to claim a fake assault case against Trump has not worked, at least to this point.

The Leftist Media's assault on Tea Party/MAGA supporters with daily attacks that we are racist, bigots, haters, law breakers, hasn't worked as well as they have hoped. It seems to have worked on those with TDS but for the most part the Tea Party/MAGA base has laughed and said "Oh, really, bring it"

The Obama Communists have targeted the SCOTUS, Thomas in particular to drive him out.

They have been urging Sotomayer to resign so Biden and the Communist controlled Senate can replace an old Leftist with a younger Leftist.

They realize Biden could lose.

The is legitimate concern with the Obama Leftists they lose control of the Senate.

Sadly the RINOS have been working hard to lose the House but that's for another day.

The Leftists want ALL GUNS BANNED, I know, like we all don't know that already. That being said they will in fact launch many gun control measures out of 2024 desperation. If some of it sticks they will claim victory. If it's reversed in the courts they will at least claim a partial victory in that the unconstitutional laws were on the books for a little while.

For those who are political junkies, like myself, what we are witnessing, and will continue to witness in 2024, will go down in history as the most brutal, vile, despicable election period in American history. And make no doubt it will shape the future of America one way or the other.

Agree, but Socialism and Communism are like rabies, it doesn't just clear up on it's own and they try to take you down with them unless you put them down yourself. This country has some tough decisions to make...
