Did it online. I was very surprised it’s came back that quick. I tried to submit on the 7th but the system was running really slowly. When I tried the following am is was still slow, but it finally went through.

JCV and OCB, are your recent trust approvals one shot trusts or do either of you have other responsible people in your trusts? I had heard that the single person trusts move fast but the ones with other responsible people tend to take longer.

There are no restrictions listed there. Likely you used the wrong model number on page 1 and instead of rejecting your ass they noted it that way

Very true.
I have had them bounced before for dumb stuff like that.
Its the main reason I i got ETF prints for the responsible parties on my trust.
Redoing the prints and mailing them in was a pain in the ass.
That’s one thing I need to do, get my eft prints, I’m at a PD often enough, just need to do it.
Dean Safety at the mill also does them.

My last eform 1 from a couple weeks ago was 6 days for approval. 2 days more than my eform 4. Progress. Approvals should be measured in minutes not days but that's miles better than the months of before.

Photo of the make and serial number plus photo of the engraving of your maker information (name or trust name and town).
I thought the engraving had to be done after the tax stamp was approved?
You can engrave it before or after, though it needs to be engraved before you actually put it in SBR (or whatever the NFA item is going to be) configuration.
So a picture of the serial number on the upper would suffice?
If you are converting an existing firearm into an NFA firearm, than yes, the original manufacturers existing serial number is fine.
