KTP may not do it....and it's possible a MA FFL wouldn't do the transfer. Call KTP and talk to them about it.... unless you are posting because they rejected it.... ...then call a local FFL and see if they'll do the transfer.

You just exchange FFL certs and you're good to go. Just file an FA-10 when you get back into MA. Like Jason says, though, if KTP doesn't want to do it for some reason, then too bad for you.
