All northbound lanes of Interstate 93 were shut down as the fire increased in size and then the southbound lanes were also shut down as several hundred rounds of ammunition in the vehicle started exploding,”

Good grief, a favorite prank at camp used to be tossing a box of ammo in somebody's campfire. If they were girls you liked, it was a box of .22. Boys you didn't like much, or anybody from NY, it was a box of your dad's .45. Now we're shutting down highways for some popcorn?

I saw that article….they used to allow comments on most media news….now they won’t because they don’t want us peons telling the holy media and the uninformed masses the real truth and making them look like the true fools that they are...so lies prevail in every case.

That’s a bad spot for a crash…

Hope all of the ammo did t cook off…

I didn't know that NH was hiring M-Holes as troopers. Hmmm.

Because only gutless M-holes would run away from an "ammo fire." Them smart, savvy, gun-loving NH troopers would be AOK and probably toast marshmallows.

Toast marshmallows ???
They should have charged right in to try and save the ammo!
That stuff is expensive these days!

I always love the NH State trooper that parks next to the NH State Sign on Rt 3.
"Live Free or Die" and the first thing you see is a cop. [laugh]

illegal immigration stories are another genre in which the comment sections are religiously closed.

"Several hundred rounds"... could have been @rudiewhitebwoy's EDC. ;)
I wish I wasn't carrying this afternoon. Before heading back to the Flatland I was back dragging out the passage to my Oil Fill. My JD 5525 made quick work of it but it's still about 25' from the filler neck. Due to my recent Rotator Cuff surgery I'm not supposed to shovel. I bought a Dewalt Daul Battery 21" Snowblower. It works pretty good. Anyway, I head around the far corner of the house with the Snowblower. A few minutes later my wife said I came in the house all wobbly, wide eyed and couldn't remember what happened. I had an abrasion on the back of my head and my side and and lower back ached. I can't believe I cut the back of my head even though I was wearing a ball cap and my Carhatt jacket Hood. I guess I landed on my Holster and Mag Pouches.

Looks like you need a nos heavy-duty leather jacket from walter dyer is leather for a mere $400 or best offer if you ask me. Happens to be one for sale in the classifieds. [wink]
I had to look for that picture. That was one of two pictures I sent to Bruce Dyer. I don't usually carry on my right side, it was too show Bruce how well the jacket worked as I had them add a few inches in length. Normally I have a 1911 Dual Mag Pouch with my Multi Tools on my right side.

OMG, I really feel it today. Being old sucks, but I guess it beats the alternative.
